Each toy box contains 4 toys every month.
You can cancel your membership by emailing us (info@clevertots.ie) at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

Our stringent cleaning procedures depend on the material of the toy. For wooden and plastic toys, we use Ecover Zero Multi Action Spray to clean and water to rinse. Anything fabric is hand washed. Everything is then sanitised using The Sanity System. The Sanity System uses ozone technology to kill 99% of all pathogens such as bacteria, mould, fungi and viruses, including Covid-19.
Toys have been selected by Ollwyn Moran, Child Development Expert and founder of Cognikids, which are age appropriate and suitable for each development stage of your child. The majority of our toys are wooden or made from recycled plastic, and all are from premium, eco-friendly brands. Apart from a few exceptions, our toys don’t have batteries. We only source toys from manufactures that conform to the highest safety standards: Plan Toys, Hape, Fat Brain Toys, Green Toys, Bigjigs Toys and Manhattan Toys.
The toys in our collections are very durable. We do not charge a fee for regular wear and tear. However, we do charge a fee for the toys that are damaged by drawing, water damage or any other damage caused by the misuse of the toy. If a toy breaks please let us know ASAP.
For lost toys we charge a replacement fee. When you receive your toys, you will be emailed an info sheet which will have the replacement value. If you lose a toy please let us know ASAP.
While we promote toy sharing, we understand that sometimes a child can become attached to a toy and wants to keep it. If that happens you can keep that toy for an extra month or purchase it from us.
Yes we do! See our preloved toy selection (here). All preloved toys are sold as is, there are no exchanges or refunds so please check the pictures and read the description carefully.
Once membership has renewed we are unable to process any refunds.
Yes payment is taken monthly, or every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the package you’ve chosen. Payment is taken the same date each month, ie if you first join on the 5th of the month, your payments will always be on the 5th. All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
Our delivery is free for our monthly toy boxes.
For purchasing preloved toys, delivery is €6 or free if spending over €60.
You can expect your first toy box 2-3 working days after joining the club.
When our courier delivers your new box of toys, they collect your old box of toys and they are returned to us, with no extra charge to you.
